The role Salesforce & CRM Specialist (m/f/x) focuses on the deployment, optimization, and performance management of Salesforce solutions across multiple markets. You will enable data-driven customer engagement by combining project coordination, CRM analytics, and dashboard management.

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Support the implementation and operation of Salesforce solutions across markets, ensuring alignment with business requirements
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards to track CRM performance and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize CRM processes and support multi-market initiatives
- Assist with project coordination, documentation, and scheduling
Ihr Profil:
- University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
- Practical experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Experience supporting system operations and process optimization, ideally across multiple markets
- Ability to create dashboards, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for decision-making
- Strong project management and organizational skills, familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Miro
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Understanding of data quality, integrity, and privacy compliance
